Processing Time
All items are handmade with care. Please allow 2–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Custom and made-to-order items may require the full processing window.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping within 5–7 business days after your order has been processed. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on digital downloads or customized items.
Eligible non-customized items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Returns
We do not accept returns on digital downloads or custom orders.
All other items may only be returned if defective and with prior approval. Please contact us at info@joyfullyembroidery.com to initiate a return request.
