How to Get Rid of Embroidery Hoop Burn Using a Hand Steamer

Embroidery is a great way to relax and create beautiful pieces of art, but it can be frustrating when you accidentally get hoop burn on your garment. The good news is that there is a way to get rid of embroidery hoop burn using a hand steamer. Here's how to do it:



  1. First, make sure the area where you have the burn is clean and dry.

  2. Fill your hand steamer with water and turn it on. Wait for it to heat up.

  3. Hold the hand steamer about an inch away from the burn. Make sure the steam is hitting the burn directly.

  4. Keep the hand steamer in place for about 30 seconds. You should start to see the burn begin to fade.

  5. Continue holding the hand steamer on the burn for another 30 seconds or until you see the burn disappear completely.

  6. Once the burn is gone, let the area cool down for a few minutes.
